William recently participated in the Maumaus Independent Study Programme. Prior to this, William was living in Tāmaki Makaurau, Aotearoa (Auckland, New Zealand) where he was teaching and studying at Elam School of Fine Arts and working as a board member and coordinator for Samoa House Library.
