Freddie Darke studied creative writing at Bretton Hall, Leeds University, from 2004 – 2007. He became a freelance illustrator and graphic designer in 2012. In 2016, Darke left his home city of London to pursue other artistic projects away from the confines of the ‘client’s brief’. Since then, he has exhibited in France, Brazil and Bulgaria, as well as having developed and undertaken collaborative artistic projects in Berlin and Lisbon.
