Francisco Hauss celebrates nature through art. Sometimes with altar-like installations that deliver a sense of mysticism and healing contemplation, or on other occasions using video, sculptures or graphic art that address plant’s intelligent behaviour, autopoiesis, and structural development in nature.
His works explore how meaning emerges within nature, and what are the interpretative possibilities across species and cultural systems.
His work has been showcased in various spaces in China like the Rockbund Art Museum, Long Museum, HOW Museum, Square Gallery, Half Image Gallery, Diyuan Museum and the Swatch Art Peace Hotel. In Mexico at La Casa del Poeta, Design Week Mexico, UNION gallery, and other spaces in New York with Iconic Art Nation and Colombia.
