Anna Biesuz is an artist whose practice explores the meaning of inhabiting and being a body. Biesuz was born in 1993, in a small town called Feltre, located in the north east of Italy. She took an undergraduate degree in Philosophy while living in Trient (Italy) and graduated cum lode in 2016.

During her studies in Italy, she joined a local feminist association, with which she arranged her first exhibition in 2015. The show ‘Lesboerotismo’ aimed to give visibility to lesbian desires and create a space to share her experience. Thereafter she moved to London to attend an MA Drawing at Wimbledon College of Arts (UAL) and graduated with Merit in September 2017. She currently lives in London.
