Nelson Carlo de Los Santos is an award-winning filmmaker with Tropical Uncanny (Guggenheim), Prix Georges De Beauregard (FidMarseille) and the Mar de Plata Festival (best latin-american film). His film Cocote premiered in Locarno 2017, receiving the Golden Leopard in the Signs of Live category. He is currently developing his new film in residence at DAAD in Berlin.
