Dahyoung Choi is an artist from South Korea. She begins her work by archiving abandoned objects to be influenced by her surroundings. The objects make her imagine what might have happened in the past where they were found. Based on objects archived from the real world, she reconstructs them into new forms, revealing the potential of fictional narratives.

She has exhibited in Mall Galleries, New Walk Museum, Manufacturing Technology Centre, Edinburgh Gallery Society, Embassy Gallery, Whitespace in the UK and most recently in PADA, Portugal.
