1854 Media & British Journal of Photography are inviting both emerging & established photographers, from all over the world, to submit work to OpenWalls Arles, an exhibition responding to the theme ‘HOME & AWAY’.
We want you to interpret this theme freely; show us images that capture your sense of belonging, escapism or identity. Submissions will be judged as a single image.
We are opening up the walls of Galerie Huit Arles, to exhibit 50 shortlisted images for a month in July 2019 alongside Les Rencontres d’Arles. Three finalists will also be invited to join us in Arles, where one overall winner will then be chosen by a group of key industry leaders at the show’s opening event.
