How are they represented? I search on Google for &#8220;representation of a black body in visual culture&#8221;. Next to images of black bodies that are enslaved, sexualised, fetishized, submissive and savage, I find fresh visual and aesthetic narratives, new discourses generated from within, by those who are often the objects of these images, aiming at deconstructing the representations made by others about their own black bodies. Post-graduation in Performance (Specialization Course) at Faculdade de Belas Artes &#8211; UP and a BA in Anthropology at FCSH &#8211; UNL.<br \/>\nTraining in Performance Arts and Intensive Training\/Forma\u00e7\u00e3o Intensiva Acompanhada (F.I.A.) by c.e.m. &#8211; centro em movimento, Lisboa. Interested in non-formal and artistic education, she has worked in projects of Art in the Community and Education through Art. Currently living in Porto, she is an Educator in the Educational Service of the Museum of Contemporary Art of Serralves; collaborates with A Oficina &#8211; Educa\u00e7\u00e3o e Media\u00e7\u00e3o Cultural &#8211; in Guimar\u00e3es and coordinates the educational project of ESPA\u00c7O SP620 &#8211; Salut Au Monde! &#8211; Porto. Frequently participates in collaborative and interdisciplinary projects that relate art, experimentation and activism.<br \/>\nPerformer, art-educator, member of the Cultural Association RAMPA, the InterStruct Collective and N\u00facleo Anti-Racista do Porto, currently integrates the team of curators of the Project Anu\u00e1rio 2020, invited by Galeria Municipal do Porto. As a researcher in the areas of Performance and Anthropology, she has developed research in Visual Culture, Image and Representation. Como s\u00e3o representados?
