The Brazilian anthropologist and writer Goli Guerreiro returns to Lisbon through the invitation of BUALA, alongside support from Secretaria de Cultura do\u00a0Governo da Bahia, in order to to launch her new novel\u00a0Alzira est\u00e1 morta<\/em>\u00a0\u2013 fic\u00e7\u00e3o\u00a0hist\u00f3rica no mundo negro do Atl\u00e2ntico.<\/b><\/p>\n

The book will be presented by Professor Cristiana Bastos from Lisbon University. The author Goli Guerreiro will also be present to talk about the themes she explores in the book.<\/p>\n

Set in the 20th century,\u00a0Alzira est\u00e1 morta<\/em>\u00a0is a biographical historical novel, which portrays a fictional protagonist character called Baiana Alzira Rocha (1911 – 1988).<\/p>\n
