Sarah Ama Duah lives and works in Berlin Sarah Ama Duah completed her Fine Arts studies at the Universit\u00e4tder K\u00fcnste Berlin in 2026 with distinction and was awarded the Meistersch\u00fclerin title. She studied in the class of Jimmy Robert. Prior to this, she earned both a Bachelor\u2019s and a Master\u2019s degree in Fashion Design at the HAW Hamburg.<\/p>

In her practice, she combines sculpture and performance, exploring modes of sculptural appreciation. She is currently teaching strategies for staging fashion at Wei\u00dfensee Kunsthochschule Berlin.<\/p>

Her work has been presented at Humboldt Forum, Haus derKulturen der Welt, Hamburger Kunsthalle, Performing Arts Festival Berlin at HAU 3, as well as internationally at the SCCA Savannah Centre for Contemporary Art in Ghana.<\/p>

In 2025, Duah was honored with first prize in the framework of Wolfram Beck Sculpture Award.
