She works across installation, painting, sculpture, and photography, exploring themes such as nature, traditions, and collective knowledge. In 2018, she began building Terra Afef\u00e9, a human-scale microcity made with adobe (raw clay bricks), in rural Ibicoara, in the Chapada Diamantina, in collaboration with the local community. Terra Afef\u00e9 represents a possible utopia \u2014 a living space where art, life, and knowledge come together to strengthen local culture.<\/p>\n<p>Rose won the FOCO Prize 2023, was nominated for the PIPA Prize 2022, and has exhibited her work at institutions such as MASP \u2014 Museu de Arte de S\u00e3o Paulo, CCSP, MAM Bahia, A Gentil Carioca, and the Fundaci\u00f3n Pablo Atchugarry (Miami).
