She recently published a collection of poetry and lyric essays, a feminist intervention in the tradition of nonsense verse and fairy tales entitled Trading Beauty Secrets with the Dead. Erina is honoured to develop an artistic research-creation project at HANGAR. She will be conducting research at the local Doll Hospital de Bonecas, the oldest surviving doll hospital in the world (founded in 1830 by Dona Carlota)!<\/p>\n<p>Erina will be at work on an intersectional feminist study of Dona Carlota, and will be exploring the repair\/healing of toys within the broader context of ecological crisis.
