He holds a Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Visual Arts and explores the silenced body in urban spaces. In 2021, he participated in the exhibition &#8220;Enciclop\u00e9dia Negra&#8221; at the Pinacoteca de S\u00e3o Paulo. In 2020, he held his first solo exhibition, &#8220;Dalton Paula: A Kidnapper of Souls,&#8221; in New York at the Alexander and Bonin Gallery. In 2019, he was one of the five winners of the 7th edition of the CNI SESI SENAI Marcantonio Vila\u00e7a Award for Visual Arts and also exhibited at the &#8220;36th Panorama of Brazilian Art: Sert\u00e3o&#8221; at the Museum of Modern Art of S\u00e3o Paulo &#8211; MAM. In 2018, he was selected for the &#8220;Songs for Sabotage&#8221; Triennial at the New Museum in New York, USA. He also participated in the 11th Mercosul Biennial of Visual Arts \u2013 &#8220;The Atlantic Triangle,&#8221; in Porto Alegre-RS, and had works in the exhibition &#8220;Afro-Atlantic Histories&#8221; (MASP and Instituto Tomie Ohtake).
