He studied Design at ESPM Rio until the fifth period, when he began to dedicate himself full-time to art. In the following years he took courses in painting and artistic conceptualization at the Escola de Artes Visuais do Parque Lage.<\/p>\n<p>Simo has a figurative painting that aims at the decontextualization of bodies in the urban environment.Layers of paint erase the suggestive side that a setting can offer, giving space to the imagination.<\/p>\n<p>The research touches on several issues that pulsate in the urban centers of the world. Loneliness, solitude, excesses, scarcity, waste, affection.
