Outside there is silence and the sound of sirens shapes the space once inhabited by a city.
\nThis is the place and the time where I exist today and from where I speak.<\/p>\n

Being in artistic residency in the midst of a pandemic it\u2019s a creative delirium and a constant attempt to connect with the surrounding reality.
\nOut there the world revolves. The next great crisis approaches silently and cruelly devastating lives already marked by racial, gender and social inequality.
\nEverything is connected.<\/p>\n

Between texts, books, articles, images, a performance is being materialized.
\nIt\u2019s a poem, an essay. \nLicenciada em Antropologia UNL\/FCSH e p\u00f3s-graduada em Performance pela FBAUP.
\nPossui forma\u00e7\u00e3o em Artes Performativas pelo c.e.m. – centro em movimento, Lisboa.
\nColabora desde 2008 em projetos de Educa\u00e7\u00e3o Pela Arte e como arte-educadora no \u00e2mbito de servi\u00e7os educativos, como no Servi\u00e7o Educativo do Museu de Arte Contempor\u00e2nea de Serralves (2015 – 2020).
\nParticipa frequentemente em projetos colaborativos e interdisciplinares que relacionam arte, experimenta\u00e7\u00e3o e ativismo.
\nComo investigadora nas \u00e1reas da Performance e da Cultura Visual tem desenvolvido pesquisa em Imagem e Representa\u00e7\u00e3o do Corpo Negro em colabora\u00e7\u00e3o com artistas visuais, cientistas sociais e performers.
\nCo-criou com o coletivo Ch\u00e1 das Pretas a performance cabelo<\/em> e com o artista visual Miguel F a v\u00eddeo instala\u00e7\u00e3o MEDITERR\u00c2NEO<\/em>.
\nConcebeu a confer\u00eancia-performance De Submisso a Pol\u00edtico \u2013 O Lugar do Corpo Negro na Cultura Visual<\/em> e em 2020 no \u00e2mbito de uma resid\u00eancia art\u00edstica realizada no ZK\/U Berlin atrav\u00e9s do programa Magic Carpets Creative Europe Platform concebeu a v\u00eddeo-performance CORONAS IN THE SKY, Not a Manifesto! an Essay on Afrofuturism and Liberation<\/em>.
\nEm 2020\/2021 integrou as equipas curatoriais dos programas Um Elefante no Pal\u00e1cio de Cristal<\/em> e Anu\u00e1rio 2020<\/em> da Galeria Municipal do Porto.
