Na sequ\u00eancia do Plano Nacional de Prepara\u00e7\u00e3o e Resposta \u00e0 Doen\u00e7a pelo novo Coronav\u00edrus (COVID-19), a DGARTES acionou o seu\u00a0Plano de Conting\u00eancia<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Foi feito um levantamento dos postos de trabalho cujas fun\u00e7\u00f5es poderiam ser asseguradas em regime de teletrabalho e foi elaborado um mapa de execu\u00e7\u00e3o de trabalho a dist\u00e2ncia que visa dar integral resposta e apoio \u00e0s entidades com as quais a DGARTES se relaciona, pelo que est\u00e1 assegurada a continuidade dos servi\u00e7os operacionais atrav\u00e9s dos canais e plataformas habituais.<\/p>\n

Sendo uma situa\u00e7\u00e3o excecional, os servi\u00e7os da DGARTES estar\u00e3o particularmente atentos aos eventuais constrangimentos ou dificuldades de comunica\u00e7\u00e3o que possam surgir, no sentido de os mitigar, procurando promover uma resposta para todos em tempo \u00fatil.<\/p>\n
