Son of emigrants,\u00a0Welket began his artistic training in 2005. He has a degree in Theater in the Actor branch (ESTC \/ Lisbon) and postgraduate in\u00a0Performance (UniRio \/ RJ), has been a Permanent Member of the Portuguese Academy of Cinema since 2015. He directed the\u00a0short films MESSAGE, WOODGREEN and BASTIEN in which he was distinguished by the &#8216;Best Actor Award&#8217; and &#8216;Best First Work&#8217;.<\/p>\n<p>Shortcutz Awards 2017. He is also a speaker for international organizations, developing Dramatic Writing, Film Script,\u00a0Performances and Theater.
