Preparations have started off with plans for an\u00a0incubation programme\u00a0at the biennale\u2019s workspaces that will accommodate experimental projects, workshops and consultation meetings fromApril 2019 to the summer of 2020.<\/p>\n<p class=\"font_8\">All art forms will be considered, from\u00a0text-based\u00a0practices to\u00a0painting, printing, photography, sculpture, installation, performance, sound art\u00a0and\u00a0new media.
