We are calling for people of all types of creative practices, of all passports, ages, gender-identities, abilities, and interests to send us proposals for projects to pursue in Beijing this winter around the verb \u201cnourish&#8221; &#8211; in any way the word makes sense to you.<\/p>\n<p>\u7531\u7ea2\u95e8\u9a7b\u5730\u9879\u76ee\u4e0e\u4e2d\u56fd\u827a\u672f\u4ea4\u6d41\u5408\u4f5c\u7684\u7b2c\u4e94\u5c4a\u201cCrystal Ruth Bell\u201d\u9a7b\u7559\u9879\u76ee\u5c06\u4e8e2018\u5e7411\u6708\u548c12\u6708\u5728\u5317\u4eac\u8fdb\u884c\u3002\u4e0d\u9650\u56fd\u7c4d\u3001\u5e74\u9f84\u3001\u6027\u522b\u3001\u624d\u80fd\u548c\u5174\u8da3\uff0c\u6b22\u8fce\u4ece\u4e8b\u5404\u79cd\u521b\u610f\u5b9e\u8df5\u8005\u56f4\u7ed5\u4e3b\u9898\u201c\u9890\u517b\u201d\u9012\u4ea4\u7533\u8bf7\u63d0\u6848\u3002<\/p>\n<p>Whether you are a farmer, a cook, an artist, a food scientist, a culinary critic or historian, a guerrilla gardener, ethnographer, nomadic food truck entrepreneur, a writer, a poet, dancer, filmmaker, photographer, journalist, urban planner, nutritionist, or any other kind of creative person whose work involves food in some way, we welcome your proposals for a fully-funded two month residency at Red Gate Residency this winter.<\/p>\n<p>\u6b22\u8fce\u519c\u573a\u4e3b\u3001\u53a8\u5e08\u3001\u827a\u672f\u5bb6\u3001\u79d1\u5b66\u5bb6\u3001\u7f8e\u98df\u8bc4\u8bba\u5bb6\u6216\u53f2\u5b66\u5bb6\u3001\u6e38\u51fb\u56ed\u6797\u5de5\u3001\u6c11\u65cf\u5fd7\u5b66\u8005\u3001\u79fb\u52a8\u9910\u8f66\u4e3b\u3001\u4f5c\u5bb6\u3001\u8bd7\u4eba\u3001\u821e\u8005\u3001\u5236\u7247\u4eba\u3001\u6444\u5f71\u5e08\u3001\u8bb0\u8005\u3001\u57ce\u5e02\u89c4\u5212\u5e08\u3001\u8425\u517b\u5b66\u5bb6\uff0c\u6216\u4efb\u4f55\u521b\u610f\u4eba\u58eb\uff0c\u53ea\u8981\u4f60\u7684\u5de5\u4f5c\u4e0e\u98df\u7269\u76f8\u5173\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u90fd\u6b22\u8fce\u4f60\u5728\u8fd9\u4e2a\u51ac\u5929\u6765\u7ea2\u95e8\u9a7b\u5730\u3002<\/p>\n<p>The Crystal Ruth Bell Residency covers:<br \/>\n&#8211; Housing in either a downtown apartment or loft studio, both equipped with home kitchens<br \/>\n&#8211; Round trip flight<br \/>\n&#8211; USD $1,071 stipend {as of 2018, our stipend is pegged to inflation)<br \/>\n&#8211; USD $500 for materials &amp; ingredients<br \/>\n&#8211; Visa &amp; travel health insurance<br \/>\n&#8211; Airport pickup, welcome dinner<br \/>\n&#8211; Optional artist talk or workshop &amp; open studio<br \/>\n&#8211; Use of Crystal\u2019s sanlunche<br \/>\n&#8211; Project support from the Red Gate and China Residencies teams<\/p>\n<p>\u9a7b\u7559\u9879\u76ee\u5c06\u63d0\u4f9b\uff1a<br \/>\n-\u914d\u5907\u53a8\u623f\u7684\u5e02\u533a\u516c\u5bd3\u6216loft\u5de5\u4f5c\u5ba4\uff08\u53ef\u9009\uff09<br \/>\n-\u5f80\u8fd4\u65c5\u8d39<br \/>\n-1,071\u7f8e\u5143\u7684\u751f\u6d3b\u6d25\u8d34\uff08\u6839\u636e\u901a\u80c0\u4f1a\u6709\u5fae\u8c03\uff09<br \/>\n-500\u7f8e\u5143\u7684\u6750\u6599\u6d25\u8d34<br \/>\n-\u7b7e\u8bc1\u548c\u65c5\u884c\u4fdd\u9669\u8d39<br \/>\n-\u63a5\u673a\u3001\u6b22\u8fce\u665a\u5bb4\u4e0e\u9879\u76ee\u53ca\u5468\u8fb9\u73af\u5883\u4ecb\u7ecd<br \/>\n-\u827a\u672f\u5bb6\u5ea7\u8c08\u6216\u5de5\u4f5c\u574a\uff08\u53ef\u9009\uff09<br \/>\n-Crystal\u7684\u4e09\u8f6e\u8f66\u4f7f\u7528\u6743<br \/>\n-\u7ea2\u95e8\u53ca\u4e2d\u56fd\u827a\u672f\u4ea4\u6d41\u7684\u9879\u76ee\u652f\u6301\u548c\u534f\u8c03<\/p>\n<p>Individuals and duos from all nationalities are encouraged to apply, including China, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Macao. This is a wide open call, with no restrictions based on age, medium, educational background, or any other criteria.
