Part of the space at Hangar is allocated solely for long-term studios. This is in response to our commitment to supporting artists living in Lisbon.<\/p>\n

HANGAR is driven by this commitment, and the\u00a0group of partnered artists reflect the diversity of artistic practices and methodologies of\u00a0Lisbon’s artistic environment. Resident artists are encouraged to participate in the various activities of the building, like workshops. The artists’ contributions to the\u00a0program, as well as their interactions with other artists, curators and visitors, creates a dynamic work environment that encourages collaborative, experimental and participatory processes.<\/p>\n
