Alexia Villard is a photographer and visual artist based in London. Alexia graduated from La Sorbonne University in Paris with a BA in Cinematography Studies and from Paris VIII University with a BA in Fine Art Photography. More recently, Alexia graduated from London College of Communication with an MA in Fine Art Photography. Her work engages with different forms of documentary including ideas of collection and archives. Alexia also works regularly as a freelance photographer for different events such as; short film projects, artistic events and festivals (among others: Cinema du reel Festival, Paris Cinema Festival, Cannes festival, Feast Festival, National Portrait Gallery).
